G got third place . . . and a trophy . . . and said to his brother, "I got a trophy and you didn't."
M got fourth by 0.005 second.
Dad got the relief of not worrying about the cars being damaged - after the race imaginative racing with the cars beats before race playing.
When this one started to read, I wasn't really a part of that whole journey like I was with the younger brother.
Nonetheless, I love they they are learning to love to read.
K "needed" to go to the mall. Three boys were in tow.
Three boys that just don't get the mall.
Nor do the three understand why they are forced to sit at the store's edge and one is forced to rest on a display cable. 
And ultimately to sit in the middle of the mall while the younger son captures moments of the older son.
All while the oldest is getting what she needs - a poster of Edward from Twilight.

Started paying off debt a few months ago. I was introduced to a silly and seemingly stupid envelope and budgeting system that allows the only lines to be printed on credit card accounts is "Payment - Electronic" followed by the amount and "CR".

If the u-bolt connecting the cable to the head-ache ball is missing a nut and if there is a red-caution tape connected to the same thing. And if the oiler or the crane operator or the rigger is supposed to inspect this stuff each day before use. And if the Construction Manager spots this item and personally informs the Contractor's Boss. Then odds are pretty good that the crane is out of service until the nut is replaced. . .
Or just maybe it'll be used for a couple of more days to give Fate a really good chance to show up.
