Dealing with heavy construction and MOT (maintenance of traffic), I sometimes see signs and other MOT items that just aren't working - here is an example of one that just doesn't work. I know and have called the County Engineer of this sign, but that was a couple of years ago.
It'd be interesting to get a ticket or in an accident here - I'm sure that this sign would play a large part in any defense.
